We greet and I will introduce you to Ophelia. We will go over your intake form and explore your concerns and the reason for your visit. After you remove jewelry and shoes, you will enter the Harmonic Egg and sit in the zero gravity reclining chair. I will show you where the doorbell is (incase you need me during a session), instruct you that the music will play for 40 minuets and then there will be 10 minuets of silent integration. I will ring a bell to let you know that I am opening the door. After your session, you enjoy some water with electrolytes to drink. It is important that you stay hydrated after your session.
